LebLancers is built on data minimalism: we collect only what we need to run the marketplace, and we treat your data as a right, not a feature.
Account details you provide (name, contact, city), your portfolio and listings, and basic usage data needed to operate search, messaging and listings.
To make your profile discoverable, to connect you with clients or investors, to process platform and listing fees via Whish Money, and to keep the platform safe.
You can export your data in-app at any time. Deleting your account triggers a soft-delete with a 30-day grace period, after which your personal data is anonymized or removed.

We provide a searchable directory of freelancers, an RFP system, and an investor pitch directory. We collect platform subscription and listing fees through Whish Money.
Keep your profile accurate, honor the work you agree to, and follow local law. Misrepresentation, spam, or abuse can lead to removal with a stated reason.
We are not an escrow service, a transaction processor, or a deal room. Agreements and payments between users are theirs to make and honor.
